Returning from lunch and she tripped and fell in the parking lot.
What happened
Employee was returning from lunch and tripped and fell in the parking lot. Right after she went to urgent care and they said she may need a CT Scan. I was told she may also have some road rash on her skin from falling. I don 't have all the details yet- as she was gone the rest of the afternoon. I guessed on the time of the incident based on when she messaged me.
