What happened
Employee was working at the Davenport 2 Pharmacy and was giving a vaccine to a fellow employee. The needle had a safeguard to flip it open. When flipping it open- the needle stuck [REDACTED] 's finger. Employee was wearing gloves and didn 't think much of it. She continued to administer the vaccine to the patient. It wasn 't until after they saw that there was blood in her glove that the needle had pricked her.
