Injured worker was working with her client when the client attempted to leave the area they were in as the client is aggressive and combative she attacked the injured worked which caused the injured worker to do a floor sitting restraint three different times during this interaction; during one of the restraints the injured employee hurt her right knee with a onset of swelling. The injured employee was also bitten however it did not break through her hoodie she was wearing but it did leave bruising on her arm.
