Before the incident
EE was locking the Snowstars door next to the pool at [REDACTED] The right door does not always latch after it has been locked so needs to be opened and closed several times to get it to latch EE opened the door while holding the left door open with their body When the right door closes the EE pushes on it to check for it being latched The EE stepped away from the left door once it latched and did not remove the right hand away from the right door fast enough and the door closed on the thumb and index finger of the right hand The top of the right thumb and thumb nail were jammed in bewteen the two doors Crushing the top of the thumb
