Before the incident
EE was getting up off of the floor after putting children down to sleep for nap time He was pushing upwards on his right arm to help him stand up [REDACTED] right shoulder buckled and popped out at the joint EE fell when shoulder popped out and when he fell to the ground the shoulder popped back into place [REDACTED] shoulder felt tender but was able to finish his work day While driving home at the end of his shift the pain level increased and his mobility of his shoulder decreased Manager advised EE to call the Nurse Triage line on [REDACTED] and EE was directed to go to Urgent Care to have shoulder evaluated Update on [REDACTED] 25 from employee EE was referred to the ER for XRays and was referred to orthopedics EE is able to return to work with limitations that he is not able to lift with the injured arm and the arm will be in a sling EID 409213
