Forklift Operator maneuvered the forks from the forklift under a bracket attached to the [REDACTED] and lifted the Tipper to allow the IE to remove a broken anchor bolt from the concrete floor. Forklift Operator incrementally raised the forks higher to allow distance to remove the anchor bolt and on the third bump the Tipper slid off the forks.
