Before the incident
Driver was servicing the can at [REDACTED]. He dumped the can and put it back in the building when he noticed that the can was not sitting level. He got out to see what he needed to do to correct the issue and the can slid off of the chair that it was hung up on and rolled at the same time and cut his leg leaving a two inch laceration.
What happened
Driver was servicing the trash can. He sat the can back in place after dumping and got out to close the door and noticed that the can was not sitting level and took a closer look to see how to correct can. As he began to move to go back to truck to move can the can slid off of a chair that it was hung up on and rolled and the corner of pocket on the can cut the drivers right thigh.
