What happened
The spice elevator broke on the south blender. I carried the remaining spice tubs up the stairs. While carrying one of the tubs up the stairs I felt a weird pull in my lower gut and groin area. I did not feel any pain so I mentioned it to my ATL just in case something was injured. [REDACTED] I noticed some discomfort in that area that slowly increased to some inconsistent pain. I am now worried I may have a hernia of some kind.
