Employee had just climbed down the tank from checking the wax fans.

As the employee was walking out of the machinery area he raised his foot to step over the cable harness the tip of his boot got stuck on the cable harness the stepping over motion launched him forward and fell over the harness on to the other side slamming his bodyweight onto the ground and he landed o his left hip.
