Before the incident
Two employees were assigned to remove ware from a production line belt and place that ware on a gurney (dryer) car until filled.
What happened
In order to fill both sides of the Dryer Car the car is initially positioned on a manual turntable which once one side is filled must be manually turned and positioned to continue filling. The two employees proceeded to turn the car. The injured employee inadvertently placed himself in a position that resulted in getting pinched between the Dryer Car and the conveyor belt.
