Before the incident
Assisting maintenance technician to lift a motor and install it on the breast plucker.
What happened
A belt on the motor of the breast plucker machine broke. Maintenance tech was trying to replace it. Since tech was alone and the motor was too heavy to lift by himself he needed assistance. Team member went to help tech and as they lifted the motor TM accidentally cut himself with the tip of a sharp metal sheet located on the breast plucker which resulted in a laceration on his right wrist.
