[REDACTED] was cutting a few bundles of boxes when his knife slipped into his left forearm causing a deep laceration
What happened
[REDACTED] was out back in the kitting area and ran out of boxes he went an got more and was cutting the band holding the boxes in a bundle when his knife entered his left forearm. I tried to determine how it happened but it seems that improper use of a knife was in affect. Cutting towards himself when the knife cut the bundle the blade entered [REDACTED]’s forearm.
