What happened

Team member had been working at Culver for about two weeks as of [REDACTED] and was responsible for managing the chillers. During those weeks a lot of regular ducks were passing by so he kept moving quickly to ensure that he didn 't miss any. While he was trying to catch the ducks his foot suddenly fell off the green platform. Afterward he asked to stop the line because he felt he was missing too many ducks. He stepped away from the station to take two [REDACTED] while another coworker took over for him. Lead then assigned him to a different station (he doesn 't remember exactly what it was but he thinks it involved removing guts from ducks). He didn 't speak up about his discomfort since he was still new and didn 't think the pain would continue. The pain doesn 't persist except when he moves his shoulders. He mentions that when he 's hanging it doesn 't affect him and he feels confident he is doing his job well. However when he finishes he experiences a bit of pain in his right-side
