He worked at different stations through out the day. USDA helper. Presentation. Last house inspection table. Removing guts from the ducks.

On [REDACTED] team member began his day working at the inspection stand in the Evisceration department. In this station team members stand on the right side of the USDA inspector to assist with the removal of any parts of the ducks identified during the inspection that need to be removed by and helper. After that he worked in the presentation area also at the inspection stand but on the left side of the USDA inspector. Here team members uniformed the viscera on a tray before it was presented to the USDA inspector. Before he left work he felt an itch on the inner lower part of his right arm. At night the itch increased.
