What happened
[REDACTED] was attempting to unload the [REDACTED] roller from it 's trailer. while stepping down off the roller onto the trailer ee lost his footing on the step and began to fall. he then grabbed onto the roller attempting to negate his fall and subsequently injured his left shoulder as a result from catching himself.
