Helping patient get off of the potty chair.

The PCA and I was helping the patient get up from the potty chair. When she got up she stumbled grab my right arm and pulled it downwards with all her weight and wouldn 't let go. Pain shot throw me. Within 15 minutes it was swelling and hot to the touch. Went to the ER they did x-rays and said looked liked pulled muscles. That if it did not feel better in a week to go to my primary dr to get a CT recommended. Was given pain meds and muscle relaxer and arm in a sling.
