Tube feeding paused and patient laid supine in [REDACTED] position. Patient pulled up in bed and very slightly to right side of bed to reposition. When done so stabbing pain noted to lower back in L5-S1 sacral region. Continued s s of injury throughout shift. radiating shooting pain wrapping around bilateral hips down back of legs on front wrapping around knees backs of legs and to ankle and feet toe joints. end of shift numb tingle from hips down. tremor
