Before the incident
Attempting to clear a hose line that had adhesive built up in it and was clogged. Part of the system he was trying to clear included a glass beaker.
What happened
He was adding compressed air into one end of the air hose which traveled into the glass beaker that he was holding in his hand. The air was not traveling out of the air hose that was clogged causing the air to build up in the glass beaker. This caused the glass beaker to burst.
