Team member was assigned to work in the liver station in [REDACTED].
What happened
A team member was at the liver removal station and as usual when returning from break she noticed that the area around the white wheel (chain wheel sprocket) was dirty with excess liver. To clean it up she threw the excess liver into the drain. While doing this she reached her hand between the sprocket and some trays containing viscera. Unfortunately her glove got caught in the mechanism. The sprocket and chain pulled her hand in and she was unable to free herself at first. Just before the line turned the corner she managed to pull her hand out.
