Team member was walking to her transportation van to go home.
What happened
Team member was walking to get in her transportation van when she fell on the parking lot. At the time of her fall it was snowing. It appears that the incident may have occurred because the team member walked over a slippery area where a car had been warming up about 5-6 minutes prior to [REDACTED] fell. Based on our review of the video footage of the parking lot we observed that once the vehicle pulled away it could 've been that the heat from the car combined with the ongoing snowfall may have caused the surface to become slick which likely contributed to the slip. Parking lots had been salted during the day.
