IW partner and one lift assist got bariatric patient on cot and took him to the ambulance.
What happened
While trying to loas patient into truck Partner got the wheels up but then his right wrist popped at the point and he could no longer hold up the cot. [REDACTED] started leaning to the right. IW tried to pull it back down toward her but was unable. The cot flipped over to the right side. IW foot was smashed by cot.
