They were preparing to move product. The crane bar was dropped with some slack in the chains to allow hookup. [REDACTED] was hooking up the lifters with the burke clutches he placed his right index finger under the top of the burke clucth and the bottom of the hook and the bar moved slightly and pinched his finger causing an open fracture.
