Getting ready to transfer patient from stretcher to facility bed. Instructed patient to not cross arms over chest and reach out.
What happened
Crew counted to three and proceeded to lift patient from stretcher via sheet lift to facility bed. Mid transfer patient shifted her weight and reached out. IW proceeded to compensate to maintain the lift without incident to the patient. Patient was safely put into the facility bed.
