What happened
He was working toward the end of one piece with the trowel machine and had his left foot was on the top of that bulkhead that he was working on and his right foot on top of the next pieces bulkhead and was overreaching with the trowel machine and lost control and his left foot slipped from the top of the bulkhead and the machine came around striking him with the handles in the stomach and legs and him going to the floor.
