What happened
Employee positioned himself on the street level at the end of the liftgate while 2 other employees moved a loaded cart full of high boy tables. The employees failed to lock the wheels on the cart and the cart fell off the lift gate. The injured employee attempted to stop the cart from falling and was struck by the cart as it fell off the lift gate. Employee applied ice to his back and neck and was taken to urgent care to be evaluated.
