A machine operator attempting to move a fruit feeder in the A side COP room. The fruit feeder 's hind right wheel was broken. When the employee attempted to move the fruit feeder the wheel came out of place and fruit feeder came forward on to her left ankle - she was seen by Concentra and sent home the rest of the day with work restrictions of no squatting wear splint brace on left lower extremity constantly may not walk on uneven terrain no climbing stairs no climbing ladders. We are unable to accommodate at this time.
