A production employee noticed a bar sticking out of a finished product case coming out of the bundler

A production employee noticed a bar sticking out of a finished product case coming out of the bundler. The employee attempted to remove it due to an ongoing jam happening closer to the spiral conveyor to their right. As she took a step she tripped over the stand to the labeler and fell to the right side injuring her right shoulder. She was diagnosed with a contusion of right shoulder and sent home rest of shift - She was given work restrictions of -may lift up to 10 pounds occasionally - May push pull up to 20 Lbs occasionally - no reaching above shoulders with affected extremity. We were unable to accommodate at the time of injury. Employee was sent home originally but has since then returned with no restrictions
