What happened
Driver had pulled into a gravel staging area to prepare to deliver [REDACTED] #5032146429 for Cafe Valley Inn. While moving [REDACTED] #5041909593 the banding on that shipment broke sending driver flying out the back of the straight truck. Driver hit on right side & shoulder all the way down to his hip. Driver landed in a large mud puddle approx 6 deep. [REDACTED] never lost consciousness. Knowing he was hurt he called the life squad & the terminal to tell us he was hurt.
