Before the incident
Moving freight with a pallet jack that the customer loaded on her and could not get the proper paperwork so she had to pallet jack back to the back of her trailer so that they could remove the pallet as we could not haul hazmat with bad paperwork.

EE stated that there was a 2500lb pallet that was hazardous. They didnt have the proper paperwork to put it on the trailer. While pulling the pallet into the trailer EE felt a pain in upper and lower back.
