Before the incident
At a delivery stop DSR was helping the consignee use equipment to pull the metal mower crate to the back of the trailer. The crate got hung up on straps and twisted DSR went to get it unstuck and it dropped on his foot.
What happened
EE was in the back of the trailer and the forklift pulling out a lawn mower with steel chain. EE reports the cage was caught in the straps and the EE hit the strap to loosen the cage and the metal cage fell on top of his foot.
