EE REPORTS INJURY TO RT EYE. REPORTS WAS TRYING TO GET RID OF A MOUSE. REPORTS GOT HIT IN THE RT EYE WITH A BROOM STICK. REPORTS HER COWORKER GOT THE BROOM TO ATTEMPT TO GET THE MOUSE OUT OF THE KITCHEN. EE REPORTS SHE CAME UP BEHIND COWORKER AND WHEN SHE DID SHE SCARED HIM. HIS REACTION WAS JUMPING AND WHEN HE DID HE HIT HER IN THE RT EYE WITH THE BROOM STICK.
