Employee was assembling a crate and stapling wood onto the plywood.

As the employee was stapling he noticed that the air hose got tangled around the tool box next to him. When the employee tried to staple the last area the hose did not reach. The employee pulled on the hose but the hose pulled his arm with the staple gun back which caused him to staple himself.
