What happened
The employee was trying to fill up the lumber rack with lumber. He was trying to open up the hook of the forklift to be able to move the rack. As he try to move the hook the hook got stuck so it cause him to use more force and with that force he misplaced his thumb and smashed his finger on the corner of the hood and between the frame of the forklift.
