What happened
The Driver did not communicate to the employee unloading. As the employee was unloading they were still inside the truck when suddenly they felt the truck moving. The employee attempted to get out and go back onto the loading dock but the flip ramp was already flipping back in. When the employee realized that this was happening it was too late and the employee ended up missing the step causing him to fall off the loading dock.
