EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING A DELIVERY AT [REDACTED] TERMINAL SHELL THAT GOES TO THE UPSTAIRS UNIT. AFTER MAKING A PICKUP AT THAT LOCATION EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING OUTBOUND PACKAGES IN ONE HAND AND WAS HOLD THE [REDACTED] WITH HIS OTHER HAND. AFTER THE THIRD OR FOURTH STEP THE EMPLOYEE FELT A CRUNCHING SENSATION ON THE SIDE OF HIS RIGHT KNEE. THE EMPLOYEE CAN MOVE HIS KNEE BACK AND FORTH BUT IT IT PAINFUL TO MOVE IT SIDE TO SIDE.
