[REDACTED] WHILE PERFORMING MY REGULAR JOB DUTIES I BEGAN EXPERIENCING DISCOMFORT AND PAIN IN MY INNER THIGH GROIN AREA RIGHT SHOULDER BLADE AND RIGHT PECTORAL. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT A PREVIOUS INJURY SUSTAINED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION DIFFERENT LOCATION APPROXIMATELY [REDACTED] HAS RE-SURFACED. THE EARLIER INJURY CAUSED SHARP PAIN SORENESS IN MY RIGHT SHOULDER BLADE RIGHT PECTORAL WHICH DEVELOPED FROM REPETITIVE HEAVY LIFTING AND PULLING.
