INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING BY PEOPLE MOVER WHILE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS REACHING FOR A BAR TO USE FOR A STUCK LOCK. THE EMPLOYEE ACCIDENTALLY KNOCKED THE BAR OFF THE TOP OF THE PEOPLE MOVER WHICH HIT THE INJURED EMPLOYEE ON TOP OF THE HEAD.
