EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING ON CASTER DECK AND SLIPPED ON ONE OF THE CASTER ROLLERS LANDING ON THE GROUND BELOW HIM. EMPLOYEE SHOOK IT OFF THINKING THAT HE WOULD BE FINE. EMPLOYEE WOKE UP FEELING SOME DISCOMFORT AND THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD BE BEST TO NOTIFY MANAGEMENT AND MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE INCIDENT.
