What happened
EMPLOYEE WAS DISASSEMBLING A 6 FT HIGH METAL RACK. SHE HAD REMOVED 3 OF THE 4 HORIZONTAL BRACES 2 AT THE TOP AND 1 AT THE BOTTOM. WHEN SHE WENT TO REMOVE THE LAST BOTTOM BRACE SHE ONLY HAD HOLD OF ONE SIDE OF THE RACK. THE OTHER SIDE FELL AND HIT HER ABOVE THE RIGHT EYEBROW CAUSING A LACERATION OF THE SKIN THAT REQUIRED STITCHES. HER EYELID IS SWOLLEN AND PURPLE BRUISED.
