EE ALLEGES THAT [REDACTED] [REDACTED] AROUND [REDACTED] HE WAS MAKING FOUR DELIVERIES BY HIMSELF AND ALL FOUR DELIVERIES WERE VERY HEAVY EACH DELIVERY HAD A BOX OVER 75LBS ONE OF THE BOXES HAD PATIO FURNITURE EE STATES THAT HE HAD TO STRAIN ON THREE OF THE FOUR DELIVERIES LIFTING THE BOXES OUT OF THE TRUCK TO PUT THEM ON THE DOLLY WHICH CAUSED HIM TO HURT HIS LOWER BACK. EE STATES HE WAS LIFTING THE BOX OUT OF THE TRUCK TO PUT IT ON THE DOLLY.
