Description: EE states right index finger was cut while changing a customer 's meter Suspected Cause: Field Service Repair Representative was loosening a bolt on a large meter and with his right hand pulled down on the wrench hitting his right index finger along a metal beam which was a foot away from the meter. The metal beam did have a sharp edge to it which was not identified before and during this work activity. The sharp edge cut thru the latex glove and a portion of the EEs right index finger. Immediate Actions Taken: EE was taken to Corporate Wellness Clinic by his Supervisor. Work care was called.
