EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING A BOX INTO REAR OF THE TRUCK FROM CART. WHEN EMPLOYEE WENT TO PUT BOX IN THROUGH REAR THE DOOR FELL A LITTLE CAUSING THE BOX TO HIT DOOR PUSHING THE BOX BACK AND HYPEREXTENDING HIS LEFT THUMB.
