EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OUT CUSTOMER LOCATION WHILE CARRYING A PKG HE TRIPPED ON A CONCRETE PARKING BLOCK. WHEN HE TRIED TO REGAIN HIS BALANCE HE WENT FORWARD WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE BOX CAUSING HIM TO HIT HIS RIGHT SHOULDER ON THE BACK BUMPER OF THE FEDEX TRUCK. CAUSING PAIN IN THE SHOULDER AND ANKLE
