EMPLOYEE WAS DELIVERING TWO LEAF SPRINGS TO AUTOZONE. AS HE CARRIED ONE OF THE LEAF SPRINGS INTO THE WAREHOUSE HE WAS PLACING IT ON THE GROUND. ON ITS SIDE TO PREVENT IT FROM TIPPING OVER. IT SLIPPED WHILE HE WAS MAKING THIS MANEUVER AND FELL ON HIS RIGHT FOOT BRUISING HIS BIG TOE.
