EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING IN GETTING PALLET TO DOLLY FROM THE CTV DECK. EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING WHILE OTHERS WERE PUSHING. EMPLOYEE YELLED TO STOP TO THE OTHERS PUSHING BUT THEY FAILED TO STOP THUS THE PALLET ROLLED OVER THE RIGHT FOOT AND SUBSEQUENTLY KNOCKED EMPLOYEE DOWN AND ROLLED ON HER RIGHT ANKLE AS WELL.
