What happened
DRIVER WAS OPENING REAR ROLL UP DOOR WHEN HE NOTICED IT WAS STUCK ON SOMETHING. HE RAISED IT UP FURTHER SO THAT HE COULD BEND DOWN AND GET UNDERNEATH THE DOOR AND INTO THE TRAILER. ONCE INSIDE THE LOAD LOCK BAR HAD DISENGAGED FROM THE REAR ROLL UP DOOR AND FELL STRIKING THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD.
