EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM HIS HANDS AND KNEES IN A DRIVE BOX WHEN HIS KNEEPAD SLIPPED OFF OF DRIVE BOX FRAME RESULTING IN AN UNEXPECTED FALL TO THE RIGHT WHERE HIS RIGHT UPPER RIBCAGE CONTACTED A MOTOR ADJUSTMENT BRACKET. THIS CONTACT RESULTED IN BRUISING AND ABRASIONS TO THE AREA.
