What happened
EE WAS DELIVERING TO RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER. AS THE EMPLOYEE WAS SETTING THE PKG DOWN THE CUSTOMER OPENED THE DOOR AND THE DOG CAME RUNNING OUT. THE DOG FIRST BIT THE EMPLOYEE 'S LEFT HAND. THE EMPLOYEE WAS CONTINUING TO BACK UP AND FELL OVER A BOX. EMPLOYEE GOT UP FROM THE GROUND WAS EXITING THE PROPERTY AND WHILE SLAMMING THE GATE CLOSED THE DOG LUNGED OVER THE TOP OF THE FENCE AND GRABBED AND BIT DOWN ON THE EMPLOYEE 'S LEFT FOREARM.
