[REDACTED] PARKED IN THE NORTH LOT AND WAS GETTING OUT OF HER VEHICLE TO START HER SHIFT. THE PARKING LOT WAS DARK AND COVERED IN ICE. AS SHE STEPPED OUT SHE DID NOT NOTICE THE ICE BENEATH HER CAUSING HER TO SLIP AND FALL BACKWARD HITTING HER LOWER BACK ON THE VEHICLE DOOR FRAME.
