What happened
EMPLOYEE PULLING OUT OF THE GARAGE HE WENT TO REST ROOM NEAR THE [REDACTED]. BEFORE GETTING OUT OF THE TRUCK HE DRANK SOME WATER THEN FELT DIZZY. SO HE GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK AND SPIT WHAT WATER WAS LEFT OUT OF HIS MOUTH. THEN HE FELT LIGHTHEADED THE NEXT THING HE WAS LOOKING AT THE SKY. HE THEN GOT UP AND WENT TO THE BATHROOM TO CHECK HIMSELF OUT. HE HAD A LARGE LUMP ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD AND IT WAS BLEEDING. HE CLEANED HIS HEAD AND STILL DAZED HE WENT AND DELIVERED.
